I bought a Tribe riser this winter and have had a number of questions I've wanted to ask the company. I've literally tried every form of communication there is to reach them: Phone, Email, Facebook, Instagram Message, etc.
I've answered most of the questions - some with info from this site/you guys. I still have a few technical questions I'd love to know.
Anyone know those guys? Are they closing? If their customer service is any indicator, I can see why business might not be booming...
I do LOVE the riser though - I bought a second just a week ago :)
Well, quick update. I tried calling one more time this AM and just got a call back from the owner.
The owner, Heath is a nice guy and took the time to answer my questions and even gave me his personal cell # if I needed anything further.
He mentioned 2 new risers coming out also. I won't spill the beans here, but if you've used the bows, I suspect you'd be a little excited by this news.
Good to hear you got a hold of them. I have tried several times the last couple years and never heard back. Lost interest in them.
I don't blame you a bit. As a self-employed person, I feel like that is one of my chief goals is to make the customer feel important.
It's tough to be good at all aspects of the business when you're small though. I'll admit to that.
