Any good ideas on this? When putting glue on say two glass lams, two wood lams and a wedge. I put glue on both sides of the wood lams and it becomes a mess. First glue on a glass lams, lay it down. Then one side of a wood lam and lay it on top of the glass lam, then glue on this wood lam and so on. I find it so easy to get glue on the side of the first glass lam that is not to be glued. I use masking tape on glass.Would be much easier if one just glued one side of the wood lams, but that is not advised,I understand. Hope I make it clear. :knothead:
Yeah would be no fun if it was not messy :bigsmyl: I do one glass then wood and lay it on the glass and add to the pile. With a one piece you have two piles and a riser that is when its really slicky and messy :scared:
Its not as messy if you use a small stiff brush, rather than slathering it on all the surfaces with a spreading tool.
