Just a heads up. Cabela's has Lone Wolf Climbers $140 off right now. This is the best deal I've seen on them. Most of the time they sell at these prices used in my area. It may be a good time to spring for one for those who have been interested.
I just ordered one from them. I have a LW hand climber, and two Alpha hang on stands. Guess a guy can never have too many tree stands!
That's a good deal on a climber ! Your right Allen , I have 5 LW assaults and 3 misc lock on's I may now pick up LW climber as well... thanks for posting GD Polk
Your welcome guys. I bought both of my stands used and they weren't much if any cheaper. This is a great price for a new stand.
.
Wish they had some LW hang ons for that sale price

Me too. I would add a hang on with another platform size but my one climber is enough for my climber needs. I probably only use my climber 10% of the time because as a mobile hunter I value the ability to scale trees that have limbs and what not in the way too. I only take my climber if I KNOW the exact tree I will be in is straight, limb free, and the right size. Otherwise my hang on has more versatility and gets the nod
I bought my first LW adult hand climber this year. All I can say is I love it. So easy to transport and use. I have been a Summit user for years, but I am not a LW guy. I understand what all the hype i have been hearing is now. Great climbers.
went to the site-- no sale
looks like the sale has ended. I got mine just in time.
I bought one on Cyber Monday for 300.00 (regular 369.00). 3 weeks later they were 277.00, then this last weekend I see they were 249.00. :banghead: But I hunted out of mine 3 times during December. I've had a API climber for the last 15 years, very comfortable but the Lone Wolf is lighter, packs down smaller and easier to set up. I put military ruck sack (Mollie 2 straps) on mine and it packs very nice. There is a You Tube video on how to install them and tips for using the Lone Wolf stand.[attachment=1]
Looks like you put the Molli straps on too TUFFHEAD. :archer:
