So ordered my dream bow a few months back, a Black Widow PSA exotic just they way I have always wanted but couldn't afford. LOL Well I received it in the mail and it was a work of art, next got a tuning kit and started bare shaft tuning. Once I got all of that sorted I was ready to hunt with my new pride and joy. I got out to the woods with it about 5 times, on two of the hunts had a beautiful 8 point close but just couldn't get a shot at him. Well yesterday I noticed on the riser white along a seam and could feel an edge on it so I took so pics and sent them to Roger at Black Widow. Within about 10 min he called me back and asked me to send it in to him, I asked if I could send it at end of season and he suggested that he send me another riser to use for the remainder of the year or until I get my riser back. Love a company that takes care of their customers, and stand behind their product. Thank you Black Widow!!

Yes they did the same for me when a pc of cocobolo got a crack. But it is surprising that such and well made riser could ever get a crack. But I guess that's the nature of wood.
lately when I order a bow from any bowyer, I get it made in Future-Wood or what ever the stuff is called. That stuff is bullet proof.

I can't imagine better customer service anywhere.. they have taken care of me on more than one occasion that was no fault of theirs. Ive been a loyal widow shooter for a lot of years, they make a great bow and back it up with great customer service ..
