Teresa and G. Fred Asbell have a new wool pattern - Oak Ridge Plaid. Dark-dark brown stripes on medium brown. It's a really nice pattern for cruising around town or for slipping quietly along on an oak ridge while hunting.

We always like to let our Tradgang family know about new stuff first. Let us know what you think about the pattern.
Thanks and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I checked with Teresa, Extra heavy weight.
I like them both. I think the lighter one would work best on my hunting ground.
I have one of the pull overs in gray heavy weight.
I love it.

Think there is only one shade, just different lighting in each picture.

I lived in mine for a full week in the UP. The pattern is great....Oak Ridge is appropriate, I spent most of my time up on an oak ridge this year. I have also used it here, back home in my farmland/swamps. I shot a deer while wearing it at about 12 yards (gun kill, so no pics). I love this pattern, and there is something about this wool that is different...that I like. It is extra heavy weight, but some how it seems thicker....it traps a lot of air, very warm. I have sat in some pretty cold temps with this, with only long johns and a sweater underneath. Excellent garment.
You can't tell from the picture but this garment has a hood attached
