I've been wanting an oscillating sander for a while now. I found one at an auction yesterday for a great price. It came with all of the accessories and manual. I want to get some good belts for it. Any suggestions?

I have the same one Clint I have had good luck with the grey belts from Lows I dont remember the brand name but there made for hand belt sanders 36 & 60 grit they last a good while, I tried the red ones from HD and they dont last long I like mine easy to move around never tried the spindles on mine I have a dedicated spindle sander.
Klingspoor has good belts the blue ones are the best .
Not sure if I have seen that type of unit before as most guys have the dedicated spindle sander. But I like that one it is the cats meow. :clapper:
It has the attachments to make it just a spindle sander if I want.

That's what I use when making knives.
I ordered aluminum oxide from supergrit and they are good but next time I'm going with that zirconium stuff.
I use the blue zirconium too.
Good stuff.
Thanks guys. I'm going to buy some of the blue Z belts for it.
Atta boy, Clint.
I buy all my paper there.
I get 9" x 11" blue zirconium sanding sheets in lots of 100, pretty cheap.
