It's more like a photo/video sharing app.
The home button on the bottom row allows you to see the images from people you follow. You can like and comment on these images. The profile buttons on the top in your home button are "stories" of the people you follow. Just tap on them to view. The paper airplane on the top far right takes you to your messages.

The square button with the plus in the middle of the bottom row allows you to post your own photos.

Hi Ryan. Some screen shots would be great when you get a minute. Also is there any easy workaround to use it on a desktop? Hate working with a cell screen - will need stronger readers and smaller thumbs :biglaugh:

Screen shots added. When I access my account from a computer, I can view and comment, but I can't do much more than that. Someone might have more info than me about computer access.
Yeah and you really won't need to read too much because it's mostly a picture with a small comment or description. I'm going to put one up today of a hunt that's here on Tradgang.... so if folks are interested in it they can come to Tradgang and read it.
I've never done any of the quote stories unquote I've only posted pictures on the feed in my personal account.
I haven't graduated two stories yet :biglaugh:

After you post the image of the hunt on instagram, I'll repost the image to "the stories" with a direct link to the TG forum hunt story.

Weird, maybe spam assassin is a yahoo thing.
Looks like Ryan has the bases covered,one neat thing is you can hit the search feature
and it will show a mix of pics and videos that your followers and the people you are following have liked.
Yes, I think it's going to work out great. I'll be using it as a teaser to show stories that have been posted on Tradgang from time to time. By all means it will not be an alert system for every thread here because we couldn't keep up....

I signed up for Instagram a few weeks ago, and within a few days I started getting messages that people in Russia, China, and a few other places were "following" me. Wow, I didn't know I was that popular.
