Title: Daughters Maddog pup
Post by: Lakerat007 on October 01, 2018, 03:30:20 PM
A over due shoutout to Mike with Maddog!  Pup 17# Maple with green glass. Have had it awhile but had to keep it hidden, her 5th bday was yesterday and she loved it.  Really cool lil bow, wish I had one when I was a kiddo.

Congrats and Happy B-Day to your daughter! :clapper:

Mike is an awesome person and my Prairie Predator is one of the lightest bows I've owned!

2 of my grandsons have them and they are awesome sticks! They shoot the PSE razorbacks from 3Rivers. 1200 spine and they are rockets.

Great bow, she will love it. Mad Dog bows are shot in my yard all the time.

I have one (longbow) for various kids to shoot.  Great value.  Short story- my niece's boy was drawing about 20" (he was about 8 or 9 at the time and small for his age) and the bow is rated at 18#@24".  He was getting bored shooting at a target so I said 'lets see how far you can shoot".   I was guessing he might shoot perhaps 50 yards.  We were in a grassy area and the car was parked sideways at the other end, just over 100 yards away.  His first arrow landed just in front of the car.  I said "we're done".
