Who's chasing the white Buffalo this season? I know "HummerT3" is. Looking forward to another Mountain adventure in 2018

Great pictures!!
Those pictures are fantastic. Mountain goat is right up at the top of my bucket list.
I got a point for CO where is the best places to apply and how many years does it take to pull a tag?
Hopeful someone will chime in, I don't know anything about CO.im in BC and I never seem to get drawn, so I hunt the open season in my neck of the woods.
I can't wait...I will be there soon and can't wait to see what adventures w7ill come our way. Goats or not it will be another once in a lifetime that I get to do for the 8th time....and with the best hunting buddy and friend.
I got my draw for here in the Kootenays this year. First time chasing them with the bow. Already started with the loaded pack hikes and getting dialed in with the Caribow Peregrine.
I did not draw Colorado.
2019 I will be here in Alaska! Thanks for the post. Building the alpine stoke!
Great pics...hunting mt goat has got to be the ultimate.
Drawn for Kootenays as well. I must admit it will be hard to focus on goats if the elk are singing...
I'm back in the game in Colorado-this time as a non-resident after killing a billy while I was still a resident about 10 years ago and waiting the 5 years before applying again.
Chad-your odds in Colorado will be quite slim with the new system of allowing N/R hunters to only pay the application fee for a preference point rather than submitting the full license fee in cash. You will need the minimum 3 regular points before you have a chance. Then you will begin accruing weighted points. With the number of Colorado applicants skyrocketing this year under the new payment system, your chances will be mighty slim. But as they always say you won't draw if you don't apply!
Mike
Good luck to those chasing these. I can only imagine what it takes to get this done with trad gear. I glassed some up last October in Colorado while elk hunting. Not sure their range but if you have a goat tag I can tell you where I saw these if your interested.
