I have a Bohning crester that is about 4 years old. The other day, it just stopped working in the middle of a cresting job. I called 3 Rivers, but since it was well out of warranty, they advised me to call Bohning about getting it repaired. I called Bohning, and from the moment they answered the phone, they made me feel like I was the most important customer they have ever had. We decided it was probably a burned out motor, and they had one on the way to me the next day, free of charge! I received it today, and had it working again in about a half hour. No shipping the crester back to them, just one phone call and the problem was taken care of. Way to go, Bohning!

One of the pleasant things about trad archery is the numerous stories of outstanding customer service regarding suppliers. I just wish I got this same kind of service from retailers in the general marketplace.
The retailers in the general market place do not have the love for their work that us in the traditional archery business do.
