You are all too kind. I think I am finally at the point where the whole recurve/instinctive shooting finally works best for me. Years ago on this site I was told to keep at it and someday it would just "Click"
Well it Clicked and I am not looking back..........
Thanks again for the kind words as usual!!
Dave
Congrats! :clapper:
Those Martin Hunters are great bows! One of my favorites. I'm wondering if you have enough bow though for those tree rats! Congratulations on a great hunt!

great shooting!
I didn't realize squirrels even had a limit. Way to go!
Great shooting! I had a friend shoot a limit of squirrels(5) with his recurve in an afternoon(he said it took him a lot of shots though).
I'm happy if I can shoot one a season.
Good Shootin
I find that if you pattern these squirrels just to the point of knowing feed times, you can stalk and shoot them very easily. When I practice, I shoot at randomly thrown tennis balls and shoot them with blunts. If I limit my shots on squirrels to on the ground or eye level or lower on trees, the shots are easy. I am not picking these critters out of tree tops, even when shooting flu flus I wont shoot up into a tree. I feel arrows deflect too quickly and I dont wanna hurt myself or anyone else.
I appreciate the compliments for sure, but I feel if I can do it, so can you. :)

Good Shooting. Love chasing them squirrels in the late season. Never limited out tho.
That is impressive!!
deadly.....
TOTALLY AWESOME SHOOTING!!
Great shooting,I got one tonight with my hybrid-flatbow but, missed 3 more times.
Was walking to my stand last night and had a big ol gray run down the hedge past me and sit like 8`up on a big oak. I pulled the blunt tipped arrow out of the quiver and let er rip, hit it perfect center body and knocked it right off the tree dead. Didn't get a shot on a deer that night, but waled away knowing its gonna be a fun season!
Thanks for the compliments!!
Dave
