Shot this little guy at Ray Hammond's Hog Heaven the first weekend in January. I love hunting the small stuff, but this was definately a first.
Used my 62-pound Chaperral Kaibab, "WAYSIAH", a 700-grain Douglas Fir arrow, and a Woodsman broadhead.
Congrats!

Cool!
 Good shooting
Dilla is done!
Stinckadilla!!
:goldtooth: You should have used more poundage and a heavier arrow on such a formidable beast. You were luck to get out of there alive.
Nice shooting :archer2:
I lost a good GT arrow and wensel woodman elite shooting one of those last year. After I shot him he ran between to trees and snapped the arrow. Never did find the sharp end of that arrow. So I had about 25 dollars invested in a dead armadillo.
Good shot though.
Chris, You liked it so much you went back and did it again.
Congrats Buddy! :campfire: :clapper:
So, how did you cook it? You do know you're supposed to eat your first armadillo, don't you?
Be careful. those things can carry leprosy.
