Forgot to post these back when... but here's a couple more kills with my awesome Keith Deters BBO. Both these were early Sept.
8 yards on this doe, watched her go down after running a 160 Griz thru both lungs.

I've always heard these little pine squirrels up here aren't fit to eat, supposedly they taste like the cones they eat. Not so, this one tasted great!

I think Doug's the one who knows what he's doing.... I got the same bow and I can't never get nothin.
Scott, Same guy. :wavey:
Doug,
I was wondering what had become of you. Too bad you're not getting out much. I've had the same type of season this year. The least hunting I've ever done.... I think. Oh well, small game is right around the corner again.
:campfire:
BTW.... I heard a tale of another bow like it finding it's way to you somehow. True story???
I don't know Keith, I seem to remember a rabbit sitting in a hole taking an arrow from one of those bows.......believe you were the operator that day......just sayin.
David
pretty ol' gal, congrats! squirrels seem to be particularly hard for me to pin down so way to go
Nice shootin' Doug.
Thanks everybody, yea David, Keith like to play em down but he's sure got this bow building thing figured out. This one has had a heck of a bunch of arrows put thru it and I'm not exactly "easy" on bows but it's still doing great.
Keith, it hasn't made it's way this far west yet... I made sure it went to a good home though.
Good on ya, Doug!
Nice shot and cool lookin bow!
