Title: I remember reading

I remember reading that when tillering on a rope drawn tree to draw were your finger pressure would be, and tiller till the draw line goes straight down the tree. but I can not remember if the draw point will drift to the weak limb or the strong limb.thanks in advance Burt

Point of contact to the string  will drift to the stronger limb.

It is simple enough...
Yes the pulley will drift towards the strong limb.
