I did a new video on youtube showing a couple of new ways I learned to dye the back of a bamboo backed bow.

Here's the end result of the two methods:

Are you on acid? Lol. That's psychedelic man!
I didn't watch the video, but the top one looks similar to many of mine.

Aniline alcohol soluble dye.
Thanks Sam enjoyed the videos.
I know I'll have to give it a try.
Made my day!
Thanks very much for sharing!
Nice to see new videos yours. ;)
Thanks for sharing, I kind of liked the sunburst best :)

I was going for shagadelic, but I'll take psychadelic. :-) Some people who saw the first one I did thought it could pass for a camo design.

Me, too! It took me some practice to get that one to work. You could probably do it with other colours, too, as long as you put the light colour down first, and move to the darker colours.
Very nice to see it done first hand. Thanks Sam now I have no excuse not to do it. Thanks again.

Very cool video, Sam. I'm planning a BBO recurve right now. Love the way the sunburst finish looks.
Great stuff Sam, now I know how to dye my boo too. Thanks !RT
