Title: Brace height on Herters CV17 International Hunter

I purchased a Herters CV17 International Match Hunter 45# 63.5" for my wife. The string that came with it needs to be replaced and is to short. Can anyone tell me what the brace height is suppose to be on this bow.

Is it a recurve or a longbow? Longbows usually like somewhere in the 7" range, recurves usually in the 7-9" range. I'd start at 7 and go up from there till it quiets down.
