I love reading the success stories and build a longs here on Trad Gang.  I learned a lot about building right here like many others have.  Thanks to everyone that shared their experience.  I finally have a chance to share my first bow.  

Thanks to Kenny M for sharing his blue print and his knowledge.

I got my supplies from Bingham's.  The limbs are bamboo cores, Quilted maple veneers.  Riser is Walnut.  

The bow is off Kenny M design.  It's 64" NTN.  Finished 42#@28".  Shoots like a dream.  No hand shock and very quiet.  I clocked it at 175fps with 10gpp arrows.

That is an absolute beauty. Great job, especially for your first bow.  Another testament to the great help that is available here on TradGang!

Thanks for all the positive feedback.  I really appreciate it.

I actually have bows 2, 3 and 4 planned.  Due to the great difficulty getting supplies where I live, I ordered enough for 4 bows.  I'm just waiting on more Smooth on to start the next one.
