ULS glass has scrim and in theory will help keep thin stack limbs (re-curve) from twisting. I have used both and for what is real I can't tell any difference.

Correct ULS is for aiding in no limb twist;      But here lately the UL glass has been the cleaner of the two.  (Less Streaky)
