Hope it's working out nicely for you. If not hope you don't have to spend too much to send it off! Lol.
LMAO...
Wayne, if that is anything like its brother that is going to some amish dude, you're a lucky SOB.
Hahaha Dave you shot that bow too! Lol
I lose track of all your bows Ben. I can only really remember whichever one I shot last. Well, that and a couple of your early hatchet bows....
ok ok , geuss ill keep it then- dont really want to burden anybody else...

i remember reading a post on here with one of bens earlier bow- and they were commenting on the glue lines- i was a little surprised- but i must say the fella sure learns from criticism... :D :D the glue lines on this bow are perfect- and i know 'cos i have scrutinized them- couldnt be better if they were cut with a laser!
this bow is beautiful, i just love it, it is really fast, and whisper quiet, stable in the hand- and really accurate!!
the workmanship is exquisite, one can not believe that this is not a glass bow- it is fast!! puts the arrows in exactly the same spot as the arrows out of my glass bows maybe a tad higher at all ranges.
i love the heartwood / sapwood combo on the backing, very pretty.

sexy tips- my very first hybrid bow

i have been extremely lucky, to have recieved two very beautiful bows recently. bows that i will be hunting almost exclusively with this season.
i already took my benbow out last weekend- when i let the deer walk at about 8 yards- i so desperately wanted to shoot it, for me, for the bow, and for Ben. but ethics prevailed, and i let it walk- the shot was just not clean enough!
the other bow i got from bert frelink- a powerful giant of a man.
i know him personally, and him being a "Dutchman", we share a commonality in language, (being from south africa- we all speak at the very least, both english and afrikaans, and afrikaans is simply a derivative of dutch.) and what a gentleman the man is!
i still dont know how he makes such fine, skinny sexy bows- it must be like us trying to whittle a toothpick with a machete.
Berts bow is boo backed yew. also a very snappy shooter!!

Awesome
Ben's bows put a lot of ideas in my head....
Lucky! Man, those are beautifully crafted bows. Now that Wayne has more than his fair share, you guys should send some my way.
Greg,
What Wayne neglected to tell you guys, he delivered the Yew wood that I build his bow out of, from the Queen Charlotte Islands to Alberta, roughly a 15-18 hr drive, thought that was pretty considerate and deserving of a little recognition.
Regards.
Bert.
That sounds like a "win-win" scenario to me, Bert. :)
Beautiful bow.
