Title: hornless horse bows
Post by: White hair on August 01, 2014, 06:58:00 PM
In the past I had plans to build a hornless backed horse bow. I can't find them . Can't remember where I got them. Can any one help?

All wood?  Wood-glass composite?  Wood-sinew?  Any idea of the culture?  I can point you lots of places with a little more to go on.

James Parker(huntworthyproductions) makes Asiatic horn bows, all wood(boo back and belly) Asiatic style bows and builds them with glass also.
ATARN might have info also.

I just pulled up James' website and can't get the "bows" to open. All the other section will open and will show some of James' other work and the beautiful quill work his wife Becca makes. Call or send James an email. He is a very nice guy and loves sharing his knowledge.
