Title: Bow Laminations
Post by: Cruiserpilot on June 29, 2014, 02:36:00 PM
Hello All,

Been out of the bow building game for awhile and excited to get back into it!!!

Unfortunately I used to buy from Kenny but it looks like he is no longer selling lams/glass.

I'm building a 58" 2" wide recurve off of a Binghams form.
Any advice on where i can pick up 2" wood laminations and glass?

Thanks everybody!!

+1 for Troy.  His lams are great and his prices really good.

I also use Troy for my core lams and veneers - He has an amazing selection of woods.

You can see all his woods at - woodgallery295.com

I been using Troys lams and they are true and good looking too.
I got to say his prices aren't bad either.
I miss Kenny but for the money, I'll go with Troy these days.

Does anybody know of a source for 1.75" glass in the old Bear colors that they used during the Grayling era?

I'd sure like to find some of the Grayling green and that gray and gray/green glass they used back then.
