Title: glue on class

I used the wrong masking tape to put over the glass limbs to proteck it and to mark out the style  of my b0w all said and done is what can I use to take the glue of my glass  limbs,I don,t want to sand it off. I got a perfect 1/8  tiller  so what  can I use to clean up my glass limbs thanks  BUCK

Try denatured alcohol or some sort of goo off. I've always used the denatured alcohol to remove left over goo and works well for me.

What is the "wrong tape"... just so others, including myself wil know to avoid?

If you are talking about getting smooth on off sanding is the only way to do it safe. And you probably wont mess up your tiller if you sand the glue only. You have to sand it anyhow to get the finish to stick. Even if you do change the tiller just sand on the other limb to bring it back in. It is called the fun of bowyering.

I use cheap 3M production tape and never have a problem with glue residue. What kind of tape did you use???? GooGone will take it off the glass without hurting anything.
