I don't build too many bows, maybe 12 a year. I wanted a new bow for myself and I like things pretty simple. This bow is 58"53#@28" walnut, osage and beech riser with boo limbs and black glass. Nice quick bow that's easy to hit where you look. Couldn't ask for more.

That's a classy looking recurve. Well done!
Very crisp and elegant, I like it a lot!
Sweet looking bow.
Nice bow!
I love it.
Very easy on the eyes as well, great looking bow. It is a Binghams design?
Very nice. But I would consider 12 bows a year a lot unless a professional bowyer. That experience shows in your nice crisp lines that make simple elegant.
Thanks for the comments. This form started life about 11 yrs ago as a Bingam design but I've modified it quite a bit over the years. With the straight belly side of the riser it's a very easy bow to make.
Very nice, I like the way the riser blends into the limbs. Good eye.

12 bows is not bad at all. Do you sell them or give them away.?

I really like the looks of that recurve! I bet it is a shooter.
Excellent work...love the shaping of the riser.
Nice job!!

Thanks again for the kind words. I do sell an occasional bow, mostly to friends and local bow hunters. I'm working on another design too as I'd like a low grip 50's style recurve. I built a bow off this form several yrs ago with a lower grip and it shoots nice but I want a longbow style grip. Here it is next to my new bow. The Osage sure is pretty after a few yrs.

that osage sure does age beautifully, with an unprecedented depth to it.
