is there an advantage to all the lams being on the back- just the laying up- or are there performance advantages?

The lam going the riser is hard to see but it is there    :readit:

No worrys  I was just mentioning it as they are the same wood and blend together well....as far as on top of stack ,I have done it...although that one has encountered some issues....I shot a hha big five this weekend that was riser on top of stack and trapd belly ...I did not notice anything night and day about it other than the cosmetic aspect...

cool, would be a lot easier to glue up.
must say though- for me- i prefer the aesthetics of the lam going up the ramp!

I do also...for the most part, I wonder if the small amount that it is up when atop the riser would promote torquing....I would guess the more you go toward the back the less torque Aka reverse handle Hills

Nice looking bow Soy.  The skins look great, how did you attach them to the bow?  Epoxy or something else?
