Title: Big Jim's 2 piece Take-down
Post by: Canadian Idle on February 03, 2014, 01:40:00 AM
Just wondering if anyone has tried Big Jim's 2 piece take down kit, and what kind of result and how hard it is to do. He makes it look so easy {mind you he has all the right tools} and all the right skills too I might add. Just wondering    :dunno:

Ive built a couple using his method and kit.  Its really not that bad.  take your time and make sure you take good measurements for the socket so it comes apart easier.

I got a couple under my belt. Do it like Jim shows and it is fairly easy. Time consuming and yes the tenon measurements are critical.  (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v75/crookedstic/Reflex%20Deflex%20One%20Piece%20Bow/2013-06-16164639_zpsbbe4de0d.jpg)
