What is the best way to take a slight twist out of an osage bow limb thats already been polyurethaned?
Leave it there. It probably won't hurt anything.
If you have to straighten it you will have to use heat so the poly will have to be removed and reapply when done.
Will you post pics of the bow and the twist?
Which way is it twisted? Side to side or back to belly twist? Side to side could be fixed with the string groove depth. Agree with what Pat said about heat. And pictures if possible.

This works for long bows too. The string will always drift towards the weak side. Look at your string grooves and see if one is not as deep as the other side. If they are the same depth, you still can follow the above illustration.

Unlike fiberglass bows a little twist will not hurt a wood bow. Does your bow twist at rest or only when braced?
Both.
Then you have to heat it to straighten it. Or if it's not too bad, leave it alone like Pat suggested.
