Thank guys, I think I like this color, gonna have to do a little mix and match wood colors to see what else looks good with it too.

Mitch,
It shoots my 600 gr arrow where I look with authority, when I do my part.
55@my 28.75  180fps  so just shy of  11 gpp
Did two maple cores and a belly lam of action boo under the brown plus fishtail veneer and core tuff under the clear glass. I think the boo on the belly makes it smooth drawing even at 60 in NTN. Oh and it's stinken quiet too.

Fast, quiet, and pretty - can't beat that.  Nice work!!  Like the looks of the one-piece design too!  Maybe next spring at the glass bow build?     :p

Nice!

I've always been a black glass guy who thought brown had little appeal, but your bow looks great.  You brought the right materials together for the right look.

I wasn't sure about that new brown glass, but you definitely have me warming up to it.

Hey Cory, don't see much oak in bows for risers, but that looks really cool!! Nice bow!

I never built one with the old brown, but I could shoot one with the new stuff I think!!
