Can a video be uploaded to this section? If so, How?

If its like the pictures, it needs to be uploaded to a common site (like You tube) and then linked from here to there. I am sure photobucket also does videos but I havent done one to there (Yet).

Good Luck waiting to see that build along.

Upload it to you tube, once it's there, click it to watch it. While it's playing, right click on the url addy for it clear up top of your screen, then click copy, come here and right click and click paste.
