I finally got around to have some time to build myself a new one.  58 incher 55 pounds.  Ziricote riser, foam cores, B&W ebony veneers.  Stippled grip.  She's going elk hunting in 2 weeks.

First three @ 30 yards.  Hopefully the elk will coop and be closer.  Yep I know I need a new target.

great looking bow, love those veneers, and great shooting too. I 'd be more than happy with that group at 20 yards, never mind 30!.

Yeah Roy "it's ok".  Shoots well.  Bob I'm only shooting that far because I'm going elk hunting in two weeks.  Thanks.

Dan I ground them from a board I have in the shop.  Hot plenty of them.

Beautiful bow!  My basement box target looks very similar to yours.  Eh, I'll put some new cardboard in it one of these days, maybe...  :)

I ground those veneers from a board I have in my shop.  Black and white ebony is one of my favorite woods.  Just love the stuff.

Thanks.  Bob I have two more years till I can retire from the fire department.  Hope to start building on our place in Texas soon.  

NYarrow I've acquired a good amount of black and white ebony that just sits in my shop till I'm ready to use and other various woods around.  KennyM has beautiful wood choices too along with the big auction site
