just finished my daughter's bow. been slaving away on this one for the last two weeks. its hickory from a tree cut down in the back yard a couple years ago. 54" ntn, 20# @ 20", but tillered out to 26# @ 25" so she can grow with it. bubinga and osage tip overlays. can honestly say I have never been more proud of a bow. there isn't a thing about this bow that im not happy with (so don't point out any problems you see and ruin my day :laughing: ) full draw pics tomorrow! she hasn't seen it beyond the roughed out stage.

Thanks guys, Joe, I did "assemble" the arrows, shafts are 5/16 kids shafts from surewood (no sacrifice on quality there, same quality as my own premiums) used leftover pink paint from her bedroom :biglaugh:

she's snap shooting (bow is a little heavier than her old one) so i couldn't quite catch her at full draw. got to work on that fly away release haha! :archer2:

That's awesome. I owe my daughter a new bow with a bit more poundage. She wants to hunt squirrels this year. I wasn't smart enough to make one that would grow with her by much. You've done good, dad...
