Title: Unique backings
Post by: beaver#1 on June 05, 2013, 08:56:00 AM
Has anyone ever used backings that have patterns in it. Other than the usual like snake skins. Just wondering I saw a bow once that had what looked like linen but had a pattern dyed into it. Show some pics if you have done anything like this
Thanks

A friend of mine uses the shoot through netting from pop up blinds as a veneer under the glass. It gives a built in camo look. I know it isnt a backing, but is different...

Here is a tissue paper backing

The belly scale skin is thick.  I bet it would add some protection to a bows back.
