My son and I are building three-piece takedown Longbows while stacking his limb we Put the parallel Laminate to the back of the bow and the two tapered laminats to the belly of the bow So when we realized what we had done we Did it to the second limb :help:
Go ahead and make the bow. What's it going to hurt? I think it'll be ok.
Besides, it's a opportunity for a little experiment... find out for yourself firsthand... It's a takedown right? Make another set of limbs with identical lams but with the parallel on the belly and see if there's any difference between them. I wouldn't be surprised if you found no difference at all.
Just a hunch, but I doubt you'd see much performance difference (if any at all). I know it can get discouraging if you make a mistake on your first build or so, but you gotta run with it. If you click on the picture below you can see what happened on my first recurve build. I ended up with a few... let's call them extraneous accent holes on the limbs. I just had to get creative, so I epoxied in some spent brass. Just keep progressing along; finish your bows so you have something to shoot while you make your next set. You only get better as you go along.

I dont think it matters how you stack them as long as one is like the other. You still end up with the same overall taper.
Thanks for your Input on this ,we plan on putting limbs on the riser this weekend. We will post pictures when we are finished.

I agree, I can't possibly forsee how it can make a difference what order the lams are in. As long as it tapers in the right direction, and both limbs are done the same way. I say that as an engineer not just a bowyer.
Probably comes from the days of wood lam bows where if you tapered the belly lam instead of the core/backing you could run out of wood during tillering, just a guess, and also not relevant to glass bows.
I think you're good to go. Don't look back.
