Post by: carbon_kid on August 30, 2012, 08:26:00 AM
Hey guys I'm gonna be building a T/D recurve in my HS shop class but I'm just wondering what length should I get? Also what width? It Tells me either 1.75 or 2". Also it give me a list of riser woods of natural, brown, grey, green mountain camo, desert camo, osage yellow, and olive green. What to you guys think I should order for my first bow?

Gray with black fiberglass is always a great combo witn a classic look.  60 or 62 long works well for most people with average builds. I prefer 1 3/4 wide  bows over 2 inch wide.
