Where are you guys finding your corian to use to make templates. I even called a fabricator here locally and they tell me they can not sell it by the sheets or pieces? Are you buying premade counter tops? Sure would like some info about where to get this stuff.
I'm getting free scrap from a shop.
You are lucky then. The frabricating shop here will not sell it unless it is laminated into countertops.
If you get some that is laminated to wood i bet it would not be too hard to remove the wood. that stuff is much tougher than wood and you can use a blade or chisel to remove any glue spots that are left behind.
Thanks Ralph and tenbrook. Still looking around to see what I can find.

This link should work. I have a cnc router and the sign guys reccomended them. I haven't used them yet but it's on my list of things to do.
Thanks for the link wood is good. Looks like I might just buy a bow....lol...this can get expensive.
Hahaha... yah, you can get yourself a pretty nice bow for how much it can cost to build the first few... bust shooing something you built it worth the cost!
I agree with Ralph theres just something about shooting a bow you made. Its great
Have you thought about using underlayment plywood? Or even countertop formica. I think you can sheets of that at lowes, might be hard to cut to shape though.
There's a reason I haven't bought any yet. They do have some discontinued and partial sheets sometimes but I don't see any good deals right now.
