I looked at the harbor freight one, but that has a ton of bad reviews about not centering exactly. So, I looked for some other options and this is what I found.
This is the one I have. Like the Harbor Freight only very high quality. The ones you showed didnt look like centring jigs...

The revolving one has a lot of play in it,or at least the one I looked at in HD did. Looked like up to 1/16" of play, way too much for TD limb mounting IMO. I have seen some other self centering jigs that have very little or no play, but werent revolving like that one.
The Bingham jig is crap, but I still use it. I have played with spacers of known thickness to help me center the jig on a squared riser block.

Mine is the same one Beachbowhunter uses. No worry about it being centered. Both sides come in equally.

The revolving one does have play, probably not the best choice. I used it for joining door frames, and had many issues with hole lineup, mostly off center issues.
Ron Foley replied in a PM and has helped me with the one that he uses. Thanks for the replies and thank goodness for willing help!
