Got my first bow wrapped up yesterday/today. Grip and shelf/plate are installed. Pics aren't the best, but here they are. Bow is red oak with a white oak and Brazilian walnut riser. Rattlesnake skins on the back. 60" nock to nock and pulls 44# at 27 inches.
Anyway, it ain't perfect...but I'm dang proud of the accomplishment and I'm in love with this bow. Thanks to everyone on the site for all the help and insight you've given me.

Brian do you live near reading pa because i would really want to learn how to make my own bow im 16 years old but i can mow your lawn or any type of chores in exchange you teach me how you make a bow
