Saw one of these the other day at Home Depot, looked online and you can get it "refurbished" for $129. Sounds like a deal to me. Anyone have one with a review? It almost sounds too good to be true.
I love mine
ditto to sticks. only complaint is the oscillation can cut ridges on an edge if you're not careful
Love mine- I've used mine hard for 4 plus years and its still going strong- you won't be disappointed.
On my second one. Gets a good deal of use. Not the most precsion tool in the shop but versitile.
I have one and used it alot to shape risers, trap lims, and even made a little jig to grind laminations. Looking forward to getting time to build some bows next month. I can almost guarantee that you will NOT be disappointed with this purchase should you decide to get one.
Nice. I was just thinking about getting one of these as well. Great to hear good feedback on them.
I feel I could not even function without mine.

Excellent tool, good price. Grab it before it's gone!
Dave.
I'm happy with mine.
Best $200 power tool you can buy for building bows. I was using mine just the other night and thinking what a great value it is, especially for wannabe bowyers like me.
Sorry, but I had one and thought it was junk. Gave it away.
Have had mine just over a year. Don't use it a ton but when I do it works great. They also come with a lifetime warranty if you register it after purchasing.
I really like it and is priced right.
What didn't you like about it Roy? Just trying to gather all the info. Thanks
I had a heck of a time keeping the belt on, it kept riding up and down. Just over all it wasn't as good as my Boss spindle sander.
You have to time the belt with the dial on the right side of the belt and you cant grind on the small end bc that will throw it out of adjustment and cause the belt to ride like that
I tried the dial and the belt would run up and down but I could not get it to stay centered.
Tron, I don't think you get a lifetime warranty with the refribished units. Don
Don - that is correct. Must be new and registered within a certain number of days. They send you a warranty number and you must keep that number for the warranty. Haven't had to use it yet - maybe be a good warranty - maybe not?
Mitch
I've had mine since 2004/2005 and couldn't do anything without it. I've had several other brands and this one is the best I've had so far.
