I'm experimenting with silk ties I got at Goodwill for backings. I did a bow build this past weekend with my family and used silk ties with TB3 on some and 60 min epoxy from loctite on others.  All worked well.  This week I'm going to build a few more and try for some higher # bows. Happy building.
