I've been looking online for a source of inserts for the alignment pins on a 3 pc. takedown bow, I'm having a hard time finding something suitable. Anyone have any idea what this insert would be called? I could just put them into the limb without an insert, but in my mind the insert would be a tighter lasting fit.

I just drill and epoxy my pins in and have never had one come out or crack the wood etc. If you are asking about the pins themselves I use taper pins like these:

The thing I'm looking for is a brass insert to accept the pin on the the limb if I'm saying this right.
I think that that is a bit of over engineering I have built a lot of take downs and I have one over 14 years old and it has no problem I dont think that is a problem area
I kind of thought it might of been, I know Fedora just puts them straight into the limb and probably the overwhelming majority is doing it the same way.
If you find a good machinist they might be able to make one for you. Sounds like a good idea... might have to try it myself.
never seen them on a bow ,kinda of and over kill ,you will have to have aq bigger hole for them
I don't think a machinest for this, bowyers are already doing this check out the pictures on Habu's website for example, look at the belly side of the limb, this is a common brass fitting I don't believe this is anything special made.
Mean't to say you don't need a machinest.
I know what you mean. My local hardware store sells them. I got some but never used them.
