This was going to be my trade bow But it came out to light due to a mathematical error on my part. So I am getting ready to start over. I thought I would go ahead and finish this one first.
58 inch Black and white ebony with Cocobolo riser and Boo cores with red glass accent strip. Veneers are B&W Ebony. Overlays and tips are Glass and Impala horns. I can't reveal the real weight because it would narrow down the options of who it might be going to. I have already revealed enough info by showing that its right handed. It's draw is between 30 pounds and 80 pounds.

Thanks for looking. Have a great weekend.

Beautiful bow shawn!
That's a shame it's too light. Striking looking bow.
Really sharp looking bow Shawn, I like the accents, horn I think. Shame it came in too light......Dan
That lighter weight doesnt matter to me Shawn, Go ahead and ship it!
I will take two...us Montana sissy boys cannot pull much anyway.
I'd still take it if it was too light. Too beutiful of a bow to fight over a few pounds.
Awww... That's ok if it's light. I'd give it to the wife! Maybe... Gorgeous bow!
Wow, what a shame you aren't shipping that one. With a bow that beautiful I can't imagine the recipient being displeased with the lower draw weight!
Thanks for all the kind words fellas but I forgot to add one o the veneers into my stack. So the total stack is .025 off and the bow is right at 18 pounds to light.
Shawn
I dont mind the weight at all. Just ship it here.
Outstanding work Shawn!
Seems most like me think it's an awesome bow. You need to set it free by returning it to it's rightful home here in South africa though, with all that impala horn..... :bigsmyl:
Very sharp bow. You need my address? :)
Beautiful bow. That impala horn is nice.
Dave.
COOL Shawn!
Love the dal ebony AND the horn.
Excellent!!
Beautiful! I'm still working on my shooting form and could use a "light" bow to practice with. So, you know, instead of using it for firewood I suppose I could make a home for it! Nice work! She's a beaut!
See you may not need a new one if your recipient is one of us guys. The bow I made for my wife is light and I still love to shoot that thing. Actually it's one of my favorites to shoot in the basement. That bow is very unique and beautiful and anyone would be lucky to recieve it even being a bit light.
Very nice work! Everything goes together very well. Looking forward to seeing the next one.

That is absoulty beutiful. If ya don't mind my asking where did you get your B+W ebony at?
If it was being sent to me. Light is ok! :D

The Riser B&W blocks that I have came from Terry Dunn In San Antonio Texas. He is a fine fella to deal with and has tons of woods and will send it to you by the pallet. I usually try and get enough stock to last me a year or so.
For the Veneers I bought a piece of 8/4 X 40" B&W from CooksWoods but the moisture content was to high so I had to work out a trade with Big Jim. I swaped him a board for some veneers.
Funny how everyone here is willing to take a 'reject." That one is a looker for sure.
That is a sweet bow!!
That is an awesome looking bow, Shawn. To bad it came out to light, but I'm sure you already have a new one on the starting line.
