A bow tillered for 3 under is tillered even and a bow for split fingers if tillered positive meaning 1/8-1/4 more bend in the top limb.

It wont matter either way Eddie. A bow will shoot fine both ways. Nock it about even for split and 1/2" high or so for 3 under.
