I'll have to wait to get a full draw pic up when momma gets home
I don't see skins on her Kris :) Looks good though!
She's a boo backed trilam with bloodwood core and osage belly. Pulls 51# @ 28" 66" tip to tip
Decided not to skin it Ryan. To narrow and would lose to much pattern. I dyed the back with alcohol dye and steel wooled it to darken up the boo a bit.
Cool! Looks real nice
Looks real nice Kris I love the mount in the back too!
Looks nice Kris.Do you work on bows 24/7?
Not 24/7 but about 20/6 LOL
That is an excellent bow Kris. I love how you brought all those colors together through the riser and in the tip overlays. Neeter than a skeeters.....well you know.
Looks very nice Kris, Is it straight limbed? Could you share demensions of what your lams are? I have some from KennyM that are ready to glue up and you hit the weight range I'm looking for. Thanks Todd
Another nice one Kris. I'm not used to seeing so many successful bows from you! d;^) Either your wife or your "Lil" buddy must be building them.
I think I figured out it is bad joo joo for me to post pics of them before they are shooting Pat. I've been on a pretty good run lately.
Was that your first trilam bow? How difficult was it?
Good looking bow tbere kris
That is just down right good. Love the colors and profile. I will probably be talking to you again real soon. Great looking bow Kris
Just give me a holler Charles.
Citycop, it was my first trilam but not to difficult really. I glued it up on 2x4 form and used innertubes to clamp it. I glued in 1.5 inch of reflex and she settled with about 3/4" string follow.
I just used the boo a 1/16th full length slat of blood wood and a 1/2" full length osage 1/4 sawn slat.
Nice looking bow!

Definitely a great looking bow, Stiks! Love the tips.
Stan
sweet rig kris did you know you have a deer coming through your wall?
Brent he got hung up half way through the wall LOL
Thanks for the compliments guys.
Really like the tip overlays...and the rest of the bow!...nice work Stiks!
Good looking bow Kris. You are going to have to take time off building to shoot some f these bows you are producing.
Give me the name of you drywaller. He did a great job around that deer, how did he get it to stay still while putting the mud on :)
Stiks, I love the pics that you post of your bows!
BTW, did you notice there is an intruder in your shop!! :)
That bow sure finished up nice. Great work.
Very Nice!
Looks about center shot on that shelf,,, looks real good! Bet it shoots well too. Nice job my friend... :clapper:
She is center shot Joe and shoots great. I think I'll be hunting with her some next year.
