I followed the instructions for the cut, but this doesn't look right.

Got way too much deflex I think.
Center shot!
That's exactly what my first z splice looked like, Roy! lmao
Maybe one too many Coors light?
Well I put a string on her and have a 3 inch brace height already, that good or bad?
well flip it around and you would have 3" of reflex.
I hate to laugh at your misfortune Roy, but that made my night
Just pick up either piece and stand on your head and put it back - it will be perfect. Kinda reminds me of a fellow carpenter I saw picking nails out of a 50 lb box carefully only taking the ones pointing in the same direction. When asked he said the others were for the other side of the house.
Is that lip gloss I see on the top of that bottle???
It's hard to tell with that beautiful bow wood in the pic.
Roy you need to stay off the brown bottle bud! :readit:
It's making you cross eyed LOL
You guys are tooooo much.
Steam for green wood and dry heat for dry wood Roybert. Nice clean cuts for 11 pm on a Friday.
I think I can correct that mistake for you :knothead: . Send 'er on down :D !
That is very funny!
How about flipping one of them over???
I think just the right amount of pressure on the board stretcher will clear that right up. :dunno:
Can you steam bend that much angle out of her? Or maybe just add a REALLY big shelf.
:D
I stuck her in the hot box and put the stave compactor to it over night. Straightened it right out, now how about that:)
