Thanks for looking, Chuck
bark on the belly or coloring?

like that work bench
Love that color on the belly. And what is the ring on the stick for?
Wonderful bend there CR! The left over heartwood looks awesome on the belly. Kind of has an elm look to it.
"like that work bench"
X2... :)
Great looking contrast on the belly!!
I was surprised how much of the heartwood remained on the belly. My work bench works good in small places and can move around but is very heavy top section is from a yew log a friend got out of a logging slash pail have tried to count growth rings they are really tight at lest 250 300 years looks cool when oiled. Kelly the stick and ring is my handle on the bottom of my scale.
Thanks for looking and comments. Crg
Tiller looks great! Belly does look cool, too!
Good job
Wounder how it would have looked like if it was decrowned? Thanks,Crg
Nice coloration contrast in that bow.
I had no idea that service berry was called saskatoon berry in CA. Great little tidbit of info. In the UP we called them sugar plums.
