Hi Gang
I was wondering, I don't have skill (yet) nor the time really to start learning to make my own self bow though it is on the priority list. However, I was wondering if anyone sells them, a sort of commercial self bowyer?
Be well :scared:
Curt Brisky he operates Brisky Bows he's a sponsor! He builds some really nice selfbows, I've owned one of his takedown Osage selfbows. He's a really nice guy to deal with also.
Lee :D
I agree with Lee, Curt makes some very nice bows.
Treavor
Mike Yancey at Pine hollow longbows is one of the best I have ever seen. Great guy to deal with and is a sponser here.
Tracy
Ted Fry at Raptor Archery makes beautiful self bows.

Ed Scott of owl bows, Dryad bows also sells self and backed bows.
Dryad USED TO sell bow blanks. Seems they gave 'em up for ILFs, at least for now. I hope they make 'em again. They do sell finished selfbows though.
7 Lakes, a sponsor sells blanks, or finished bows.
Are you wanting a bow blank, or a finished bow?
PM sent.
John Strunk out here in Oregon knows a bit about making selfbows.... ;)

Insurance company just left...looks like approx 50k by the time all said and done...Thk God we're covered, a lot of folks aren't.
Be well and thx for all the kind thoughts and prayers...
:notworthy:
Take some of that insurance money and buy yourself a real nice custom bow like a Thunderchild, Zipper, or a Bama Bow. That's what I would do if I lost all my hunting stuff, I'd end up with better stuff than I had to start with.
