In Primative Archer magazine? I've been thinking of entering my BBO that uses Kenny M's design. What do you think?

It's a winner in my book..... Go for it!!!! It looks great
What's the build specs?
I see the problem, the shelf is on the wrong side. :coffee:
That looks sweet Jim, heck yes submit it! I'll vote for yours if you return the favor. :goldtooth:
All it takes to enter BOM on PA is a full draw pic. Other pics are welcomed and appreciated.
This bow is definately a contender...but don't forget the full draw pic!
Very nice and I would love to see it in the pages of PA.
The only problem I see with this stick is the handle is to pretty, I wouldn't be able to shoot it without a leather wrap and that would just be shameful to cover that up. :bigsmyl:
Thanks guys, I'll give it a shot.
I will vote for it. As long as you glued it up and made it.
The only thing that annoys me on the PA BOM is many win with a blank that others glue up, and is 60% finished or more.
That is a fine bow.
Pretty thing, for sure. I came in second twice and I think third once. One of my seconds even got mentioned in the magazine. Doesn't hurt to enter, and the comments are very instructive and encouraging - IMO.
I glued this up from KennyM's osage lams and used his glass R/D longbow form modified in the handle area to reduce the deflex.
Since it is an upside down style form the boo has to be glued up to the core lam after the core and belly lam are set. I use blocks to support the reflexed tips then use spring clamps. I've shown this bow here before but decided to enter it in P.A.
What's the build specs?
Pat B has won bow of the month I think and Keenan won bow of the year this year.
Get over there and post your pics!
Enter it I like it better than the bow that beat me for first in April.
It looks awesome you should enter it
It is 63.5" NTN. I'll have to measure the draw weight again, if I remember correctly it is about 40 @ 28". I never wrote the specs on it once I sprayed the finish on it.
Very nice bow, Jim.

$7.00 walmart bow/luggage scale no workie now. Have to get a new one. Note to self: Write the specs down! Took some full draw pics yesterday and I'm not real crazy about the outer 1/2 of the limbs. They look too stiff. I left them stiff to retain the reflex but not sure thay dont need some scrapes. I'll post some pics later and let you guys decide.
Bow shoots really nice though.

A full draw pic is practically required to get votes from most, just a heads up.
Nice bow, looks like a contender to me.....Dan
very nice job love the colors and how everything comes together
Well, I got it entered. took a while to figure out their page. Had to put single pics in mulitple replies.
If you have photobucket or similar service you can cut and paste up to 6 pics per post, just like here. If you are going directly from your computer and the pics are the right size you can post up to 6 pics per post directly from your computer.
Will remember that thanks Pat.
This bow has a parallel and a taper. Do you think the outer half of the limbs would work more if I put two tapers together?
