Title: Another basement bowyer project done.
Post by: dcmeckel on May 29, 2011, 06:43:00 PM
This bow is 64" long,51#@28.Shoots a heavy arrow real well.Limb veneers are something a friend brought me from India, they call it Shee-Sham.Anyway,I made an I-beam riser with another wood he brought me called Indian Ebony. The ebony is sandwiched between Bolivian Rosewood.I like the way the I-beams show through in the window, looks kinda cool to me.Hope yall enjoy the pics.David-Jasper Bows

David,
That is a nice looking bow, the contrast is great.

There have been several I-beam bows posted lately that looked really nice; think I qwill try making ta couple of them.
