I know people use titebond III on BBI's and BBO's but have never seen it used on glass laminates. Is it okay to use?

In short, no.
There's a reason why you never see it used on glass.
Titebond is a woodglue--it won't bond well enough to fiberglass to make a trustworthy bow. I doubt it'd stay together if you stressed it to full draw, let alone last a long time.
Smooth-on is the standard for glass.
What John said. I tried it, titebond will NOT hold on glass.

Thanks for the replies. What are some other glues that you dont need a heat box for? If I remember correctly, smooth-on wont air dry.

it will air dry, and the spec sheets give the info. but check out the thread
"Is smooth-on this forgiving"- some info in there, by folks with a lot of experience
with regards to heat cure versus strength etc.
check some of the heat box buildalongs too, you don't need much. just some foam insulation with foil backing and some tape that can take the heat is all you need, plus some light bulbs. Search around a bit, there's a wealth of knowledge here. Personally, I'd trust it more with heat so long as it's cured for the proper amount of time. Either way will work, though.

Lots of guys use smooth-on without heat and have great results. I do know the wasted glue is as hard as glass the next morning without heat and has to be chipped off any tools it is on.
