i have 3 bitzenberger fletch jigs one lines up perfect for 3 and 4 fletch the others are off some in other words with one jig on 3 fletch the nock feather is exactly horizontal to the string with the other 2 jigs it is off by 1/16th or 3/32 of being exactly horizontal to string and that puts one feather riding across the center of the shelf instead of the corner of the shelf the nock holders on my jigs are not marked either left or right and the 2 jigs with the problems are older one has brass screws and a lever to set off-set the other ones that works correctly and the one that doesnt have the round off-set knobs with the allen screws any ideas on this
Lee, The easiest way is to not glue on the nocks if your using glue ons.
Just twist them on fletch then rotate slightly as needed and glue them after fletching.

Have you tried using the clamp from the newer design on the older jigs? They may have changes there offset on the clamp (helical) over time.
I tried three times to read the initial post and still have no idea what exactly the question is. No offense to the poster.
I'm glad that the two of you seem to have made it through it enough to make a response.
wes what im saying is that with the two older jigs the nock is not verticle in relation to the nock feather its out of line maybe 15 degrees or so and the base of the feathers are not flat they are at an angle trying to see if i need to spend the 15 bucks on a new nock locator with a R on it or is there something else that im missing and if yall were gone use a bifferent brand of jig what would it be and stringstretcher i use the same 2 clamps on all of them i have 2 right 2 straight and one left
maybe that will help
