Hi Folks,
I'm new to TradGang and hoping someone here can give me a bit of advice. I'm tooling up to make a wood/glass laminated one piece recurve. I see that there are a couple of methods to curing the epoxy, 1) the air pressured hose in a laminating oven and: 2) Laminating Press Heat Strip System. Which of these two do you suggest I use.
...and does anyone know of other options for bowyer suppliers other than Bingham and 3Rivers, ( they seem fine but more choices would be better )
Thanks and Good Shooting
I get my supplies from Kenny's Custom Archery. I have used air hose and heat strips, but prefer clamps and an oven. The other pressure system is rubber bands over a form.
While I only build traditional longbows, you can pick up a lot of good info for a new builder on my web site:

i try to post information of particular interest to new builders.
I'm using the rubber band method and I got good results with it so far. I have a build along for a one piece recurve ready for download on my website ( look at the download section )...

Like Dick I got most of my supplies from Kenny. He's a good guy to deal with and his lams are absolutely awesome.
